AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 (5 Leaves)
In short, the fan itself appears very efficient and is extremely quiet (when set lower than 6). With A LOT of great reviews and hype it only remains to see how long they actually last… It definitely gives that Apple feel to your grow room. Mind you this is a successful Audio/Visual company tapping into the growing market. So most of there products are just there standard A/V HVAC equipment repurposed for horticulture use. So with that said the fans have already proved themselves somewhat. It’s the controllers and optional accessories that need extra attention.
NOTES:
If you’re looking for “constant” airflow I would caution this product as the controller is designed to shut off when temperature is reached. To solve this issue I would recommend you purchase the S6 version
(Same fan without controller) and then purchase an AC Infinity 67 controller (5 Leaves – Review Coming Soon)
to have this option at approx. $10 more overall.
Also If you’re using MH/HPS it is said the temp sensor will not read correctly. Adding a light hood over the sensor should solve this issue. Just cut a circle out of some paper or manilla folder. Cut a thin triangle with the tip starting in the middle of your circle and fold together to make a dome. Place your temp sensor through the middle and tape.

VIVOSUN 4 Inch 195 CFM Inline Duct Fan (3 Leaves)
The fan pushes enough air, though it is extremely loud and an adapter is needed for any control. So depending on your setting you may have no issue with this fan. For me, it did not fit my application. I could hear it and feel it through the walls even after trying to create a damper and suspending it. Due to this, I had to make the return. Now if this is not an issue for you, save a few dollars with this. Just make sure to keep it clean to get the longest use.
